Happy almost-weekend, Be Wellers! I can’t put my finger on exactly why, but this week felt eternal, so I for one am super pumped that we’re just over an hour away from the official start of the weekend. If you’ve got stay-at-home brunch plans in your near future, may I recommend one of these yummy pancake recipes? Unlike your typical flapjacks, these pack an extra nutritional punch by incorporating things like whole grains, instead of refined flour, fresh fruit, and even leafy greens.
