To Do: Philly Kicking Cancer Kickball Tournament

Get ready, Philly: Here’s an opportunity to raise some serious loot for cancer research in a seriously fun way. The Kicking Cancer Foundation is holding its fourth annual Philly Kicking Cancer Kickball Tournament on August 18th in FDR Park. How often do you get the opportunity to raise money for a good cause while also taking a nostalgic trip back to your playground days?

If you’re not from Philly, fear not. PKC has reserved a slew of rooms at the Philadelphia Courtyard Marriot for the out-of-towners (and they’re discounted, too!). These rooms are first come first serve, so don’t put this phone call off, kickballers.

$40 per player, Saturday, August 18, 9 a.m. to 6  p.m., FDR Park, South Philly.
