Nightlife promoter Tommy Up is settling down in the restaurant biz with his new burger bar at the Piazza at Schmidts. A private “burger bash room” and ice-cream shakes made with booze make spending time here pure fun. The food is, too: deep-fried candy bars, fish sticks made from lobster, and a double-patty “Royal with Cheese.”
