Tryst Opening

On Friday, September 8, 2011, acclaimed chefs Georges Perrier and Nicholas Elmi premiered their newest addition to Philadelphia's sophisticated nightlife scene with the grand opening of their late-night retreat Tryst, located downstairs from Le Bec Fin. Guests enjoyed Executive Chef Elmis's contemporary French fare, Le Bec's signiture dishes, artfully crafted specialty cocktails, an extensive list of fine wines, and traditional absinthe service.
