Happy almost-weekend, friends! If y0u’re antsy to get the party started, go ahead and start planning your fitness outings. There’s lots to do this weekend for runners, yogis, barre addicts and more. Have at it!

1. Pop-Up Love Run
When: Sunday, February 1st at 9 a.m.
Where: Art Museum Steps.

The Love Run Half Marathon is hosting a free training run this weekend that’s open to both race participants and nonparticipants. All fitness levels are welcome; they will be running (or walking) various distances and paces.

2. Philly Bike Party Tropical Paradise Ride
When: Saturday, January 31st at 7 p.m. (departure around 7:30 p.m.)
Where: Meet at the Philadelphia Art Museum Steps; the ride will end at Tattooed Mom at 530 South Street.

Sure, it’s freezing outside. But that’s half the fun of dressing up in your favorite tropical duds and pedaling around town. This community ride of about 10 miles will also include “stops for dancing, party games, and general silliness along the way,” according to the invite. Costumes and decorated bikes are encouraged, and prizes will be given out for the best dressed bikes and riders. It’s free to participate.

3. Feel Good Friday Night Flow
When: Friday, January 30th from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
Where: DIG Yoga, 410 Monroe Street, Queen Village.

The music will set the tone at this all-levels Vinyasa flow class, with an emphasis on alignment. The creative sequences will connect with ease. It’s $25 to participate.

4. Survivor Spin
When: Sunday, February 1st from 1 to 1:45 p.m.
Where: The Wall Cycling Studio, 100 Levering Street, Manayunk.

Cancer survivors are invited to join this complimentary Spin class led by Living Beyond Breast Cancer volunteer and breast cancer survivor Megan Do Nascimento. Its aim is to inspire and motivate cancer survivors and foster a community of mutual support. Spaces fill quickly, so sign up ahead of time.

5. Slenderize Your Outer Thighs Workshop
When: Saturday, January 31st at noon (Main Line and South Jersey studios) and 1:10 p.m. (Philadelphia).
Where: All three Pure Barre Philadelphia, Main Line and South Jersey.

This 75-minute barre class will place a special emphasis on your outer thighs. So, yes, get ready to tremble (more than at a usual PB class, of course). $35; reserve your spot online or at the front desk.
