Since I fully expect that you’ll be dug out of this snowy mess by tomorrow (right?), make a date at The Wall Cycling Studio in Manayunk, where instructor Bri Balk will debut a new class called Steep Hills & Cardio Drills.
Here’s the description:
We have a grueling yet satisfying calorie-killing 45 minutes set up for you! Think heavy, heavy hill climbs, tabata sprints and active recoveries to keep you moving the entire 45 minutes! *This class is not the class for 1st time spinners, but we encourage anyone to join who is up for the challenge!
To kick off the new class, The Wall is opening it up free of charge tomorrow night at 5:30. Bikes are limited, of course, so sign up to reserve your spot here.
