New Hope, as I’m sure everyone knows, is someplace special. And nobody knows this better than its residents. Gay, lesbian, bi, straight, whatever, they know how to party like there’s no tomorrow and celebrate life’s events at the drop of a hat. (This statement is only a slight exaggeration.)
The price of houses in New Hope and environs suggests that lots of people find this approach to life very appealing. Or maybe it’s just the beauty of the town and the surrounding Bucks County countryside that they want.
In any case, those prices probably give many would-be New Hope residents pause. Today’s listing shouldn’t.
This condo for sale is located on the top two floors of a row of townhouses in the Village 2 development near New Hope Borough’s southern end. This makes it an ideal choice for someone who wants to be close to all the action in New Hope — it’s a quick walk to the center of town from here — but doesn’t have a lot of money to spend.

So: Nicely outfitted, well maintained, conveniently located, attractively priced. And no condo fee! With all that going for it, I’d be surprised if this condo for sale stays on the market long.
