It looks like more million dollar homes are coming to Bainbridge Street in Bella Vista. This time, it’s with a project developed by National Realty & Investment Advisors (NRIA) called Bedford Estates.

As Naked Philly points out, the McCann Team has published an information packet that shows 7 large homes replacing the Patriot Parking lot at 7th and Bainbridge, adjacent to the Good King Tavern.

According to a site plan in the packet, four homes will front 7th Street, two will front Kater Street and one large L-shaped pad will be placed on Bainbridge Street. The grouping modern day mansions made of brick and metal bays will share an interior parking lot, which looks to be access via Bainbridge Street.

The homes will range between 3,500 and 4,000-square-feet, and each featuring a four bedrooms, four and a half baths, an outdoor space, a finished basement with media room, Wi-Fi controlled HVAC system, high-end kitchen appliances, en suite baths and a fiberglass deck with pilot house suite. Oh, there’s also a 5-stop elevator.

As per the information packet, the After Built Value of the homes is $1,450,000. Representatives from the McCann Team were not available for comment, but we do know that JKRP Architects is the firm behind Bedford’s design.
