NBC Universal CEO Cuts the Price of His Delancey Street Home By Almost Half a Million

Comcast COO/NBC Universal CEO Steve Burke put his exquisite house at 1817 Delancey Street on the market in April for $5.6 million. Today it was reduced to $5.2 million. It’s a terrific block, as we’ve said before, and the 8,000-square-foot, five-bedroom home has nine fireplaces, an elevator and a huge garage, among other perks.
