The Ombre Trend Is Not Going Anywhere When It Comes to Weddings

The whole ombre trend—when a color fades into a lighter version of itself, or even all the way into white—has been around for a while now. So long, in fact, that it’s permeated just about everything it possibly can: hair, nails, fashion, home decor, food, flowers—and yes, the wedding world.

We’ve shown you so-pretty ombre cakes from Philly bakery Brown Betty Dessert Boutique. We’ve done roundups of how you can include other ombre details in your Big Day. And today, we read in the New York Times that the trend doesn’t seem to be going anywhere—weddings included. (They’ve got another pic of an ombre wedding cake.)

What about you—are you into it? Planning on anything ombre for your wedding?
