Be Well Philly is back with their fab series on exercise variations you can really do anywhere—which we love for you, because it means having options for getting into dress-ready shape that don’t involve tons of equipment or always being able to make a scheduled class.

This time: 20 different kinds of push-ups! Whew. Who knew there were so many ways to participate in this particular kind of torture? They were even so kind as to divide them all up from beginner to advanced, so you can kind of track where you’re at.
