Center City Trolley Tunnel to Close on Sunday

Passengers should use the Market-Frankford Line to travel between 40th Street and Center City.

SEPTA’s Center City trolley tunnel will close for maintenance on Sunday.

The tunnel will shut down on 5 a.m. on June 4th and reopen at 5 a.m. on Monday, June 5th.

All trolley passengers should use the Market-Frankford subway line to travel between 40th Street and Center City. 

Trolley routes 11, 13, 34 and 36, which are all impacted by the closure, will pick up and drop off passengers at 40th and Market Streets. Route 10 will pick up and drop off passengers at 40th and Filbert Streets.

Trolleys will resume regular service on Monday.
