Did You Miss Pope Weekend? Experience It on DVD

Includes "behind-the-scenes" footage.

If life after Pope Francis’ visit to Philadelphia has seemed relatively underwhelming, here’s some good news: The whole shebang is now available on DVD.

Yes, that’s right. For the price of $29.95 plus $5.99 for shipping, you can re-live (or, for all you who ran for the hills, live) the highlights of the World Meeting of Families right from the comfort of your living room.

“The DVD will include an exclusive ‘behind the scenes look’ at the planning and preparations leading up to this historic event, only to be enjoyed in this unique documentary,” the WMOF website reads.

This, of course, is in addition to official coffee-table photo book (that can be yours for $39.95) which is jam-packed with “hundreds of colorful photos from the many visits in the Philadelphia area, such as; Mass at the Cathedral Basilica of SS Peter and Paul, his address at Independence Hall, the Festival of Families and the much anticipated Papal Mass on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway.”

If you’d rather not spend the money, though, you could always go re-read Philly Mag’s live coverage of the pope’s visit. It’s free!
