Joe Biden Will Help Philly Celebrate Independence Day
The vice president makes every holiday a little more joyful, yes?
Vice President Joe Biden will be in Philadelphia to celebrate Independence Day — but, unfortunately, he won’t be on the parkway shaking his booty to Nicki Minaj and The Roots.
A statement released Monday by Biden’s office says he’ll participate in the “Celebration of Freedom” ceremony at Independence Hall.
The annual event includes music, speeches and a reading of excerpts from the Declaration of Independence.
More details of Biden’s trip were unavailable.
