SF Eater reports: “Coqueta/Bottega chef and TV personality Michael Chiarello dropped by Late Night with Jimmy Fallon last night, where he held an East Coast-West Coast crab tasteoff (Dungeness bested blue, at least in the eyes of Questlove) and received praise for his manliness in breaking apart crabs. Then he whipped up a liquid-nitrogen gin and tonic (Fallon: “Are you one of the Avengers?”) and practiced his nitrogen dragon breath, all with the signature volubility that makes it difficult for even a talk-show host to get a word in edgewise.”
