“Kai the Homeless Hitchhiker” Pleads “Not Guilty” to Murder in Jersey

Caleb McGillvary, aka Kai the Homeless Hitchhiker who was arrested at the Greyhound terminal in Philadelphia for murdering a 73-year-old lawyer, has pleaded not guilty in a New Jersey court this morning. He was wearing an “oatmeal-colored shirt” and questioned the judge “numerous times about his plea and bail.” His legal defense could be a challenging one, based on what he posted to his Facebook wall after the murder allegedly took place.
