Of Course Two Guys Were Cited for Tubing Down Chester Creek During Hurricane Sandy

Ah, Delco. Delco, Delco, Delco—where genius flourishes. Two Delaware County bros were cited after police found them tubing down Chester Creek during Hurricane Sandy. Just after the National Weather Service issued a flood warning for Chester Creek, police caught the two 20-year-old gentlemen in their tubes. Multiple troopers were dispatched to the area and helped the men safely to shore. Chester Creek did flood, though officials don’t have exact levels yet. [Daily News]
