Flagship Walgreens Gets Zoning Approval in Center City

The proposed “flagship Walgreens” has gotten city zoning approval to take the place of the Borders that was at Broad and Walnut Streets. It’s being billed as the “drugstore that’s more than just a drugstore” and is supposed to come equipped with a physician, a hair salon, and sushi. So, there’s that. Everyone get excited. [Inquirer]
