Jersey Mulls Ban on Tanning for Minors

The New Jersey state Assembly, today, will consider legislation that would make it illegal for minors to use tanning salons. The move comes in wake of the whole Tanorexic debacle and would replace current legislation that prevents children under the age of 14 from using tanning salons and requires those between the ages of 14 and 17 to have parental consent to do so.
