Prosecutors to Lobby for Prison Time in Rutgers Webcam Case


In March, Dharun Ravi was convicted of bias intimidation, invasion of privacy, and other charges for using a webcam to watch his roommate at Rutgers kiss another man. Ravi recently asked a judge to either overturn the verdict or hand down a sentence that won’t call for any jail time. Prosecutors in the case are expected to explain why Ravi should do time.
