Penn State Files Lawsuit Against Insurance Company

Penn State has filed a lawsuit against Pennsylvania Manufacturers’ Association Insurance Co. Apparently PMA filed an anticipatory suit against the university back on January 31st in an effort to be excused from having to pay for the civil suit filed against Jerry Sandusky. [Daily Collegian]
