Neshaminy Teachers Offer to End Strike, Enter Negotiations

The teachers at Neshaminy have offered to end their strike and enter a seven-day period of around-the-clock negotiations. The caveat is that if all of the issues are not resolved, the parties would turn to a “final and binding” arbitration. The union outlined their offer in a letter to the school board president.
