New Traffic Judge Flunks Judicial Exam

With all of the controversy surrounding the city’s traffic court, the last thing Philly needed was for Christine Solomon—a newly elected judge—to bomb her judicial exam, barring her (temporarily) from the bench. Solomon will be administered a mulligan exam on January 31st and will have to pass before she can be sworn in and begin hearing cases. [Inquirer]
