Play the Ponies at the Bars
People in Jersey may soon be able to order pitchers and play the ponies at the same places. A new bill would allow bars to have off-track wagering terminals where patrons can bet on in-state and out-of-state races. The bill being considered this week would set up a pilot program in North Jersey to test out the new legislation. [FOX 29]
