Pennsbury Has No Explanation for Not Knowing About Excess Policy

Pennsbury School District in Bucks County has no explanation for why they weren’t aware of a $10 million excess insurance policy that would help pay the victim who lost her leg in the bus accident in early 2007. The district maintains that it didn’t know about the policy until a few weeks ago. They’re also asserting that the policy would have had no impact on the outcome of the case and that there would have been no reason for the district to intentionally conceal its existence.
