Spring Garden Street Linear Park

Philly may be getting a little greener as the Spring Garden Civic Association and the Pennsylvania Environmental Council work to get the off the ground. The project would turn just over two miles of road into a linear space with trees and safer spots for pedestrians and cyclists. [Inquirer]
