Man Steals Police Horse

A man was arrested yesterday after he is said to have stolen a police horse in Lancaster City. The horse was tied up outside of a car care business while its officer was inside. The man allegedly untied the horse, tied the reins around  his waist, and began walking home. For those of you keeping score at home, that makes two (one and a half?) horse thefts in Pennsylvania this week. And it’s only Wednesday. [Metro]
