$30 to Use FDR Park on Gamedays
City charges for parking to stop freeloaders
FDR Park—an outdoor gem in South Philly with athletic fields, a skate park, tennis courts and trails—now costs citizens $30 to use during events at the Linc that draw more than 75,000. You can walk to the park for free, but to use a parking space you’ll have to shell out some cash. The policy is meant to stop people from exploiting the park’s free lot to attend Eagles games.
