Meteorologists Predict Early Snow This Winter

Snow to fall sooner than later

Last year’s total snowfall was well above average in Philadelphia and meteorologists are suggesting that we should anticipate more of the same. They don’t expect the total to surpass last year’s, but they are positing that we’ll once again eclipse the region’s long-term mean. Experts weighing in on the issue also say that they expect the snowfall to be front heavy in November and December followed by a mild January and February. If they’re predicting snow in November then the NoLibs Super Fresh is probably out of canned goods by now. [Inquirer]
