Parents Camped Out at the Penn Alexander School
Parents spent the night on the sidewalk to enroll their kids
You’d have thought a Best Buy at 42nd and Locust was offering 52-inch plasmas at 50-percent off this morning as people lined the sidewalks in fold-out chairs outside of the Penn Alexander School.
