Another Washington Avenue intersection gets a face-lift
Following a recent trend, two buildings will be torn down to make room for a four-story, multi-purpose building at the corner of 18th and Washington. C&R Building Supply are the developers and say the first floor will be street-level commercial space while the upper floors will sport 15 new rental apartments.
