Robert Toll, chairman of Toll Brothers home builders, and his wife are donating $2.25 million to Penn’s Law School. Just a few decimals off from the $225 million Raymond and Ruth Perelman recently gave to the medical school at Penn. And several more decimals off from anything the Scoop ever gave to his alma mater.
