Batten down the hatches! Northeast Philly isn't the only part of the city worrying about twisters

A few weeks back, a tornado came through the Great Northeast, ripping the roof off an auto body shop.  Now, with today’s excessive heat and humidity, nearly the whole region has been listed under a tornado watch until 8 p.m. Normally, the Scoop would laugh this off and wait for a good, old-fashioned thunderstorm.
