HRC Endorses Candidates

PA politicians get the nod from the national gay rights organization

Will you be among the millions of Americans who head to the polls tomorrow to cast your vote? If so, the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) today released its endorsements of candidates throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. According to the organization, the candidates selected are those who “stand up for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender equality.” They include:

U.S. House of Representatives
Robert Brady
Chaka Fattah
Bryan Lentz
Patrick Murphy
Allyson Schwartz
Mike Doyle

Polls in Pennsylvania will be open tomorrow, Nov. 2, from 7 a.m. until 8 p.m. Find your polling place here. If you have questions about voting or you face any difficulties in casting your ballot, contact the Election Protection hotline at 1-866-OUR-VOTE.

HRC also launched a new Facebook app that lets you read about candidates, take quizzes and remind others to vote on election day.
