Neither wind nor rain nor gallons of snow could keep moi from the Museum of Art’s Picasso opening, where we flitted among Lisa Nutter (dazzling in purple), Kelly scion Chris LeVine and wife Vicki, and Congresswoman Allyson Schwartz, taking a break from the churlishness of the Capitol. …   The big splash at the Flower Show preview dinner was chairwoman Roberta Dranoff, who accented her Ralph Lauren gown with what looked to be the $15,000 gold wreath from Roberto Coin. Divine! Derek Gillman and wife Yael rubbed shoulders with new PMA honcho Timothy Rub (get it?), Dick Hayne, and that pistol Martha McGeary Snider. But our favorite moment: two not-to-be-named society types in identical Oscar de la Renta skirts and black sweaters. Quelle horreur!
