After an afternoon spent on the porch watching myriad Lexuses and BMWs drive by the turn-of-the-century lodging house that Kristina and Robert Doliszny had just bought from her parents, the couple had an epiphany: Even smack-dab in the middle of America’s Greatest Family Resort, there was clearly room — and the clientele — for something a little, well, fancy. There are baked goods galore at teatime, an on-site spa for a little massage action, Asbury Avenue shopping just steps away, and luscious strawberry crepes (with Nutella, if you wish) at the nearby Ma France Creperie.
