You don’t have to trek to Maine to indulge in summer's favorite dish.

You don’t have to make the seven-hour trek to Maine this summer to indulge, at least approximately, in the fabulous Vacationland lobster bake — a crustacean steamed in a bed of seaweed along with clams, mussels, potatoes and corn on the cob.
