Back in May we asked you to nominate your health heroes—teachers, fitness trainers, doctors, nonprofit founders—anyone who is making the Philadelphia area a healthier and happier place to be. Now we need your help to choose this year’s Health Hero!

The winner of our fifth annual Health Hero Challenge will be named the 2016 Health Hero and a $10,000 donation will be made to the charity of his or her choice. The three runners-up will each receive a $2,500 donation to the charity of their choosing.
