Gay-Bashing Suspects Released on Bail

The three Bucks County residents charged in the September 11th beating of two gay men in Center City have posted bail and been released from custody after being arraigned overnight. They had turned themselves in to authorities Wednesday morning.

According to court dockets, bail for suspect Kathryn Knott (center, 24) was set at $50,000, while bail for Kevin Harrigan (left, 26) and Philip Williams (right, 24) was set at $75,000 each. Each was required to post 10 percent.

The suspects were each charged with aggravated assault, criminal conspiracy, simple assault, and recklessly endangering another person.

A status hearing in the case has been set for Tuesday.
