Audi Feastival Will Be an Actual Circus This Year
Check out the list of participating restaurants at the blowout party benefiting the Philly Fringe Festival next month.
For its 10-year anniversary on Thursday, September 26th, Audi Feastival is pulling out all the stops: In addition to featuring food from more than 40 of Philly’s top restaurants, they’re turning host venue Cherry Street Pier into a circus with nearly three dozen performing artists.
While Feastival includes live performances each year, this year’s will be the first to feature performances immersed within the event, plus more death-defying feats — trapeze work, balancing acts, and daring stunts on ladders, columns, and overhead beams — executed above and within the crowd.
The 35 performers, led by world-renowned choreographer Olaf Triebel, will feature high-level professionals — including some Cirque du Soleil alums — in addition to students from premiere circus arts school Philadelphia Circadium.
Feastival hits Cherry Street Pier on Thursday, September 26th. General admission tickets are $300, with VIP tickets — which get you into the event an hour early — available for $450. You can even add on a copy of Feastival co-host Nick Elmi’s new cookbook, Laurel: Modern American Flavors in Philadelphia, to your ticket for $35.
