The all-day cafe's bakers are kicking the cooks out of the kitchen for a special one-night-only pizzeria menu.

High Street on Market has been having some fun with casual comfort food lately: first, they crowned the city’s top sandwich artist with their March Madness-style Sandwich Battles tournament. And later this week, High Street’s bakers are taking over the kitchen for a one-night-only pop-up they’re calling High Street Pizzeria.

This Friday, April 26th from 5 p.m. until 10 p.m., pastry chef Aaron Manuyag and his crew of bakers will take over the kitchen with a tight, one-night-only menu of pizza, Italian bites, and other comfort fare.

They’ll be selling whole pies only — no slices — in combinations like the Fun Guy, topped with wild mushrooms and ramps, and the Spicy Jawn, featuring nduja and banana peppers. In true High Street fashion, their dough will be made with fresh-milled local flour and boosted with sourdough, and showered with local cheese. The final list of topping combinations will be announced over their social media later this week.

Also on Friday’s menu are fried cheese curds with a ranch dill sauce, a massive meatball covered with marinara and parm, anchovy antipasto, and panzanella salad. Drinks-wise, they’ll have a list of beer, wine, and cocktails tailored to pair well with the pizza-centric menu.

Everything is available a la carte, but parties of two can opt for the $60 “Slice Up Your Life” prix fixe, which includes one appetizer, salad, two pizzas, and dessert. Grab a reservation here.
