Last year, Michael Pasquarello announced that brunch destination and 13th Street Kitchens’ flagship restaurant Café Lift would be opening a second location in Narberth.

Now, Café Lift Narberth is set to open its doors in the formal Royal Bank building at 724 Montgomery Avenue on Friday, August 10th.

As befits a suburban restaurant, the new outpost will be about twice the size of the original on 13th Street, with a similar but more polished vibe than the city location and a whopping 40 parking spots. It’ll seat 75 indoors and 35 seats in a dog-friendly outdoor area, with two retractable glass garage doors at the front of the space.

The kitchen will offer a similar menu with a few additions: hand-cut French fries and a fried chicken sandwich (thanks to a fryer in the new space) plus oatmeal and the option for gluten-free bread. The family-friendly spot will also have a kids’ menu and toys and books on hand to keep little ones entertained. They’ll be offering grab-and-go house-made pastries and beignets, plus coffee roasted in-house, too.

Drinks-wise, look for East Coast beers (mostly from Pennsylvania and New Jersey) on tap, with a slate of brunch-focused cocktails incorporating cold-brew coffee and prosecco on tap as well as Phoenixville-made Baba’s Brew kombucha.

The Narberth location will be open from 7 a.m. until 3 p.m., seven days a week.
