Baology/Official

Ever since they opened last summer, the folks at Baology have been one of our favorite go-to spots for affordable (a meal will run you around $10), high-quality (we love us some pastured meats and hand-wrapped dumplings), and delicious (if you’ve been there, then you know) Taiwanese street food.

Since then, they’ve added dinner service and branched out into killer noodle and wonton soups that have helped us make it through this extra-harsh winter. And now, they’re throwing a family-style feast to celebrate Chinese New Year.

On Friday, February 16th and Saturday, February 17th, Baology will serve a prix fixe family-style menu. In addition to traditional extra-lengthy noodles and greens for longevity, decadent lobster spring rolls, and a whole steamed fish, they’ll close out the meal with a dessert of tong yuan, glutinous rice flour dumplings in a sweet soup, stuffed with black sesame.

There are seatings at 7 and 7:30 p.m. on Friday and 6 and 6:30 p.m. on Saturday to choose from. Tickets are $66 per person (hospitality included, tax not included) and available in sets of two, four, or six.

Since Baology is BYO, you can bring along a bottle — and they’ll provide two mixers, one pomegranate and one ginger, for you to whip up some cocktails at your table.

Check out the full menu below (no substitutions are available for the evening), and send an email to hello@baology.com to get your tickets.
