Independence Beer Garden | Center City Sips makes it easy to grab a drink outside.
Today is the kickoff of Center City Sips, Center City’s collective happy hour. Sips offers $3 beers, $4 wines and $5 cocktails, plus half-priced appetizers every Wednesday from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. through the summer.
