In the restaurant world, there are just some words that go together well. Happy and hour, fried and cheese, free and cocktails–these are all good pairings. But one of the best? Meat and Week, which is what’s happening now at Percy Street BBQ.

Yes, it’s Meat Week at Percy Street, and this time they’re offering a “build-your-own” barbecue meal for two. For $45, you can choose three of the six kinds of smoked meats on the menu:

  • Creekstone Farms sliced brisket
  • Chopped brisket
  • Ribs
  • Chicken
  • Pulled Pork
  • Pork Belly

In addition, the meal includes collard greens, burnt end beans (which are excellent), German potato salad, coleslaw, and Martin’s potato rolls–in case you want to make sandwiches with your meat, which of course you do.

Meat Week ends this Sunday, April 10th, and reservations are recommended for large groups, which can be done by emailing
