Taco Tuesday: El Poquito Opens Outdoor Patio With New Specials

El Poquito in Chestnut Hill is officially starting the spring  season by opening their outdoor patio tonight: Tuesday, April 14.

To celebrate the start of warm weather, they’ll be hosting a variety of events this summer including their Taco Tuesday, which will be held from 5 pm until 10 pm every Tuesday and will feature three Americano tacos for $4, three shrimp tacos for $5, and a plate of $4 mushroom tacos for those of a more vegetarian bent. Or those who just really like mushrooms.

Also staring immediately, El Poquito will open at 11:30 am every Thursday and Friday for their new lunch service. And with Cinco de Mayo on a Tuesday, the restaurant will open at 11:30 am and have all-day happy hour offerings, as well as the aforementioned Taco Tuesday deals.

To top things off, the restaurant is also introducing a new happy hour, available Monday through Thursday from 5 pm until 6:30 pm. Drink specials will include $6 house and frozen margaritas, la casa combos (a shot of tequila and a beer), house wines, sangria and $3 bartender’s choice draft.
