Icandy Facing Loss of Liquor License

The Gayborhood’s Icandy is facing a PLCB hearing where it could permanently lose its liquor license. The bar has been closed all week but according to G Philly, Icandy will reopen tomorrow.

The charges against Icandy, don’t seem that egregious: two counts of selling “liquor and/or malted beverages to minors,” one for allowing minors into the establishment, and another for the use of a loudspeaker that “could be heard beyond licensee property line.”
