Excited for Fall at Bistrot LaMinette


Over the past couple weeks Peter Woolsey has been moving towards a fall menu of some more substantial dishes. Woolsey says the new menu is the most excited he’s been about any menu at Bistrot LaMinette. Look for Soupe de Potiron (squash soup), braised lamb shank, Steak au Poivre (steak cooked with crushed pepper) and others.
