Stillwater Ales at Noble
Since Philly Beer Week we’ve become a tad-bit obsessed with Stillwater Ales. Brewer Brian Strumke’s farmhouse-style beers have blown us away and his his unusual road to becoming a professional brewer has intrigued us as well as the Washington Post and the Atlantic, both of which have featured Strumke recently.
Tomorrow his beers will be showcased at Noble American Cookery in a four-course Autumn game dinner. The menu will include wild hare terrine, fresh house-made pappardelle with duck ragu and wild boar leg. Â The dinner is $65 and will feature Stillwater Autumn Saison, Saison Darkly, and Stateside Saison.
