Tom Kim who owns Trust Deli on 26th Street is taking over the corner store at 26th and Fairmount Aspen. It’ll be Dasiwa and will serve sushi as well as coffee and pastries. [The Insider]
The Flying Saucer Coffee Shop at 26th and Brown is going to be returning under new ownership. Word on the street is the refurbed spot is 6-weeks out.
